Labor Agreements
Police Labor Contracts
Public employees are allowed to organize into unions based on their employment rights under Illinois State Statute. The Village of Willowbrook currently has one labor agreement with the Police Department. Through this agreement Willowbrook police officers and sergeants bargain collectively for wages, benefits and working conditions. Public Works Labor Contracts
Public employees are allowed to organize into unions based on their employment rights under Illinois State Statute. The Village of Willowbrook currently has a labor agreement with the Public Works Department. Through this agreement, Public Works Maintenance Technicians bargain collectively for wages, benefits, and working hours and conditions.
