Tax Overview
The Village of Willowbrook imposes a six percent (6%) tax on the gross receipts of establishments providing amusements located in Willowbrook.
Tax Forms
All establishments are required to submit a completed registration form (PDF), and a monthly Amusement Tax return (PDF). Amusement taxes are due monthly. Payment must be made to the Village by the 25th of each month for the preceding month.
