On September 26, 2022, the Village of Willowbrook Board voted to amend the water billing structure and rates beginning January 1, 2023.
This is the first time water rates have increased since 2015. The Board, staff, and an outside engineering firm, Christopher
Burke Engineering, worked through long-term system infrastructure needs and billing rates for residential and commercial properties to create a fiscally responsible rate structure change.
