Federal law requires municipalities to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens or attempts to gain access to a water account. When you open a water account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask for a copy of your driver's license or alternate government-issued picture ID.
