What is the Program Assurance Policy?
We are very confident the service we offer meets your expectations. In the event it does not, we offer this policy for most of the activities we administer.

The Willowbrook Parks and Recreation Department offers its Program Assurance Policy for all the recreation activities we administer. Excluded are trips and adult sports leagues. If you are not satisfied, we will arrange for your choice of the following:

  1. You may repeat the activity at no charge

  2. You may receive credit for another activity

  3. You may receive a refund

Please note that any request must be made within five days after the second class meeting. You may be asked to complete a form indicating your concerns so that we can take the appropriate steps to correct the program. Your comments and suggestions will enable us to serve everyone better.
