A limited amount of ground mulch is available to residents for pick-up. This mulch is the product of the Village-wide brush collection program. The pile is stored outside of the new Village public works facility located at 700 Willowbrook Center Parkway (the water standpipe site). The public works yard is open from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday. Willowbrook residents may pick-up the mulch themselves. Unfortunately, there is no assistance available for loading. This program is reserved for Willowbrook residents only, and the mulch is intended to be used for landscape beatification purposes. It is not intended for commercial purposes, and the Village can limit the amount of mulch to be taken by any one individual.
