Notice is hereby given that the DuPage County Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a continuation of a public hearing that occurred on July 20, 2017, regarding a petition for a conditional use to allow an asphalt batching plant for the property at 9900 S. Route 83, Lemont, IL 60439. The petition was submitted by Lorig Construction Company.
