[ARCHIVED] Plan Commission to Consider Sign Code Amendments

The Plan Commission will hold a public hearing in the Village Hall on February 3rd to consider changes to its Sign Code. The February 3rd meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7760 Quincy Street. The meeting agenda includes three public hearings. The Sign Code will be the third hearing on the agenda.

The proposed changes aim to provide Willowbrook businesses a greater opportunity to promote their business, establish their presence and communicate their identity to customers. Information on the proposed amendments is available on the Village website at Highlights of the proposed changes include an increase in the amount of wall signage allowed for businesses as well as additional monument sign opportunities. Willowbrook businesses are encouraged to review the proposed amendments, provide their feedback to the Plan Commission and / or attend the public hearing.
