The Village of Willowbrook is seeking sealed bids for the renovation of a Village owned two-story building located at 835 Midway Drive, Willowbrook, IL 60527. The project includes interior demolition, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finishes, millwork, masonry, ceilings, new elevator and stairs, and associated site work.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, on Monday, June 9, 2014, at 835 Midway Drive.
Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Monday, June 23, 2014, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
