Mission Main Street Grants is an effort by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association ("Chase") to increase awareness of the important role small businesses play in local communities and to help small businesses grow. Chase will provide funds designed to enable an eligible established for-profit small business to use the Grant (defined below) to execute a business plan that will result in expansion and growth of the small business, including for example, a new location, equipment, and product or distribution channel. Chase has designated $3 million to be awarded to twelve (12) Small Businesses ("Grant Recipient(s)"), each Grant Recipient selected in accordance with these Program Rules to receive $250,000 ("Grant") (the "Program").
