Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the property owner to obtain a building permit (PDF). Contractors or other individuals can submit and obtain permits for property owners with their written authorization. Property owners are required to sign all permit applications prior to submittal.

Online Payments
The Village of Willowbrook accepts online bill payments as a method to pay for building permits. A small convenience fee for credit or debit cards is charged. The credit card processor charges this convenience fee and it is not paid to the Village of Willowbrook.
