Public Meetings

Overview

Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Village meetings are open to the public with the exception of the executive session portions of these meetings.

The public is welcome to speak during the Visitors' Business portion of a meeting. Please review the Public Meeting Speaking Rules (PDF) if you wish to address the Board.

Agendas & Minutes

The agendas for Village meetings will be published at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled meeting. If you have any questions regarding the agenda, please call the Village Hall at (630) 323-8215.

Following their approvals, the minutes of the public meetings of the Village's Board, Commissions, and Committees will be available at the Village Hall and on the website.
