  Traffic accident reports taken after October 1, 2011, can be downloaded from BuyCrash.com. These reports are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. There is an $11.00 charge for this service. You may also obtain copies of reports at no charge through existing FOIA procedures directly from the Willowbrook Police Department.
