VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR

The Village
Administrator is the chief
administrative officer of the Village and is responsible for the management of
all Village operations under the direction of the President and Board of
Trustees. The Administrator is appointed by the President and Board of
Trustees and serves as business manager, attends all Board meetings and makes
recommendations to the Board. The Village Department Heads and
Superintendent of Parks & Recreation report to the Village Administrator.

CHIEF OF
POLICE -
Edward Konstanty
The Chief of Police oversees the
Willowbrook Police Department, comprised of 25 full-time sworn police
officers and four full-time civilian employees. Three officers are
assigned to Administrative positions. These include the Chief, the
Deputy Chief-Operations who oversees all patrol and detective operations,
and the Deputy Chief-Administration who supervises civilian employees and handles the
administrative functions of the department. The remaining twenty-two sworn
officers are assigned to operational assignments.
Director of MUNICIPAL SERVICES -
Timothy Halik
The Director of Municipal
Services is responsible for Public Works, Streets, Water, Planning, Zoning
Administration, Issuance of Building Permits, Inspections and enforces all
Village Building Codes.
Director of FINANCE -
Sue Stanish
The Finance Department is
responsible for the management of the Village's finances. Headed by the
Director of Finance, the department formulates the annual budget, completes a
yearly fiscal audit, and monitors the financial expenditures of the Village
