Emergency Response Card

Do you live by yourself?  Do you have loved ones at home that may not be able to contact the police or fire department in case of an emergency?  Would you like peace of mind knowing that your family or important others will be contacted should anything happen to you or your property?

If so, consider enrolling in the Emergency Information Response Card Program.  This program is available to residents of all ages.  The program offers secure and confidential storage of emergency contact information and information on any special needs you may have in case of emergency.  This information is strictly confidential and is only available to responding police officers and firefighters in the event of an emergency at your home.

This program has been available to the business community for some time.  Recent computer updates have allowed the Department to offer this service to all Willowbrook residents as well.

The process is simple.  Complete the form and send it back to the Willowbrook Police Department.  When the Department receives the information, it will be entered into the database and available for emergencies.  That's it!  No need to reapply.  Once you enroll in the program, you will be contacted by the Department once a year to verify that the information on file is still current.  If any of your information does change before you are contacted, just call the Department with the update.

We are proud to be able to offer this service to our residents.  If you have any questions, contact the Willowbrook Police Department at 630-325-2808.
