1. Where can I register to vote?

Willowbrook residents can register at the Village Hall during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm), at any other municipality and most libraries located within DuPage County. You can also register at:

2. When does the Village Board meet?

The Village Board meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 pm in the Village Hall Council Chambers located at 7760 Quincy Street.

Exceptions to this meeting schedule occur in the months of May and December due to the Memorial Day and Christmas holidays.

3. How can I suggest adding an amenity to one of our parks or adding a new recreational activity?

4. Do I need a business license?

Not all businesses are required to be licensed to operate within the Village of Willowbrook. Businesses required to be licensed are specifically identified in Title 3 of the Village Code.

5. What is a red light violation?

A red light violation is a citation issued by the Village via the use of an automated traffic enforcement camera. The violation occurs when the entire vehicle is behind the white stop line of the intersection when the light turns red and then the driver continues through the intersection despite the red light. 6. How do I find out the zoning classification for a parcel?
